This position is 100% commission with an uncapped earning potential. This hire is intended to fill a buyer specialist position, yet this agent can earn the ability to list properties with the team with demonstrated job performance over time.
THE FOLLOWING TOOLS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Training and coaching with an established set of agents and administrative staff
Downtown office space
Printing and business cards
Partnership with established local brand
MANDATORY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Unrelenting work ethic and desire to succeed
-Must possess active NC real estate license
-Must own and insure own vehicle
-Professionalism, integrity, and honesty in all situations
-High charisma and energy
-Positive, optimistic attitude
-Team player with a team first attitude
-High level of emotional intelligence
-Learning based attitude
-Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
-People orientated personality with ability to connect to others
-Ability to respond positively to coaching and feedback for job success
-Willingness to go above and beyond. No “that’s not in my job description”
-Well kept, professional appearance and dress code
-Must affiliate or already be affiliated with Keller Williams Professionals Realty in Downtown Asheville
STRONGLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
-Past sales history strongly preferred with knowledge of the sales funnel
-Knowledge of Asheville, surrounding counties, and smaller towns.
-Knowledge of any of the following fields (more are a bonus):
Real estate brokerage
Real estate law
Mortgages and lending
Construction and building codes
Commercial real estate
Land tracts and conservation
Mountain land and topography
Zoning and land use regulations
