This position is 100% commission with an uncapped earning potential. As a buyer’s specialist, this role involves 100% working with real estate buyers.

MANDATORY CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Unrelenting work ethic and desire to succeed
-Must possess active NC real estate license
-Must own and insure own vehicle
-Professionalism, integrity, and honesty in all situations
-High charisma and energy
-Team player with a team first attitude
-Learning-based
-People orientated personality with ability to connect to others
-Willingness to go above and beyond
-Well kept, professional appearance and dress code
-Must affiliate or already be affiliated with Keller Williams Professionals Realty in Downtown Asheville
STRONGLY PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
-Past sales history strongly preferred with knowledge of the sales funnel
-Intimate knowledge of Asheville, surrounding counties, and smaller towns.
-Knowledge of any of the following fields (more are a bonus):
Real estate brokerage,
Real estate law,
Mortgages and lending,
Construction and building codes,
Property management,
Investing,
Commercial real estate,
Land tracts and conservation,
