SOLD! This lot was unique as it was part of a platted subdivision and subject to HOA design guidelines, but not subject to HOA dues. Also the lot had a sewer easement bisecting it, therefore minimizing the building area. Using creativity, Patrick Brooks worked with the buyers to obtain permission to move the sewer line and get their building plans approved by the HOA.
